Who we are

What we collect and why
- The valuation and contact forms. Your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the details of your watch, your message and any photos you choose to send. We use them only to answer your request and, if you go ahead, to buy, sell or service your watch. Photos are resized when we receive them, and their camera data and GPS location are removed.
- Messages by phone, WhatsApp or email. We use what you send us to answer you. WhatsApp and email providers handle these messages under their own terms.
- Purchases, sales and service. When we do business together, we keep the records Greek tax and accounting law requires, such as invoices and identification for a purchase.
We process this data to take the steps you ask for before an agreement and to carry it out (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), to meet our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)), and in our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f)). We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.
Cookies and visitor statistics
The public pages of this website set no cookies and use no advertising or tracking tools. We count visits to our pages and clicks on our phone, WhatsApp and email links without cookies: no IP address, no browser details and nothing that identifies you is stored, only daily totals. Your browser keeps a few small settings of its own, such as whether you closed the notice about cookies and the state of the WhatsApp button. They never leave your device.
Who else receives data
- Our hosting provider, which runs the servers of this website and keeps the forms you send.
- Google, which delivers our email: the forms reach us as email. The typefaces of this website are also loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser shares its IP address with Google when it loads them.
- Google Maps, Chrono24, Instagram and Facebook, only if you follow a link to them.
How long we keep it
We keep the messages and photos you send only as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up, and we delete them earlier if you ask. Records of purchases, sales and service are kept for as long as Greek law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it, to object to its use, or to receive it in a portable form. Write to info@grecowatch.com and we will answer within one month. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at www.dpa.gr.
