Complete Watch Service

Our certified master watchmaker — with over 50 years of experience, including years working for Rolex — recommends a complete overhaul every 3 to 3½ years for fine timepieces such as Rolex, Tudor, Omega and Patek Philippe.

Every overhaul begins with a methodical, piece-by-piece disassembly of the entire movement. All components are then ultrasonically cleaned and degreased, inspected for excessive wear, and replaced with genuine parts where required.

Case-back seals, crystal gaskets and the crown gasket are replaced with original parts to restore water resistance. The case, bezel and bracelet are refinished to remove surface scratches and scuff marks, returning the watch to a like-new condition.

Expert Watch Repair

There are many reasons a luxury watch may need repair. The most common is the absence of periodic maintenance — but accidents, shock, and water ingress can damage even the finest movement.

Failed gaskets allow moisture into the movement, leading to corrosion and oxidation of critical parts. Drops and impacts can shear pivots, displace the balance, or crack jewels. Whatever the cause, the repair of a Patek Philippe, Rolex or comparable timepiece demands a watchmaker with deep specialist experience.

We diagnose the fault, quote transparently before any work begins, and source only original parts. Every repair concludes with the same regulation and pressure-testing protocol as our full overhauls.

03 / Polishing

Professional Polishing

Our professional watch polishing service restores the case, bezel and bracelet while preserving the original shape and character of the watch. Scratches and scuff marks are carefully reduced, helping the timepiece recover a clean, refined appearance without unnecessary over-polishing.

True polishing is tedious work. The movement must be removed from the case, and the bracelet taken apart link by link, screw by screw, so every surface can be addressed individually. It takes our certified watchmaker at least three hours to properly polish a Rolex.

We respect the original finish of the piece — brushed surfaces stay brushed, polished surfaces stay polished, and edges remain crisp. Every pre-owned watch in our own collection is finished to this same standard before it is offered for sale.
