Our master watchmaker — with over 50 years of experience, including years working for Rolex — recommends a complete overhaul every 3 to 3½ years for fine timepieces such as Rolex, Tudor, Omega and Patek Philippe.
Every overhaul begins with a methodical, piece-by-piece disassembly of the entire movement. All components are then ultrasonically cleaned and degreased, inspected for excessive wear, and replaced with genuine parts where required.
Case-back seals, crystal gaskets and the crown gasket are replaced with original parts to restore water resistance. The case, bezel and bracelet are refinished to remove surface scratches and scuff marks, returning the watch to a like-new condition.
Our professional watch polishing service restores the case, bezel and bracelet while preserving the original shape and character of the watch. Scratches and scuff marks are carefully reduced, helping the timepiece recover a clean, refined appearance without unnecessary over-polishing.

Is GrecoWatch an authorised Rolex service centre?
No. GrecoWatch is an independent specialist workshop and is not part of the Rolex service network. The official Rolex service centre in Athens is at Stadiou 3. Our watchmaker has over 50 years of experience, including years working for Rolex, and handles complete servicing, repairs and polishing.
Do you give a warranty on servicing and repairs?
Yes, a written 2-year warranty on every complete service and every repair. Before the watch goes back to you, it is regulated and pressure-tested for water resistance. Our watchmaker recommends a complete overhaul every 3 to 3½ years for fine watches such as Rolex, Tudor, Omega and Patek Philippe.
Which brands do you service?
All the high-horology brands, including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Omega, Cartier and Tudor. Every service is done in our own workshop with original parts and carries a written 2-year warranty.
Do you use original parts?
Yes, original parts only. During a complete service, worn components are replaced with genuine parts where required, and the case-back seals, crystal gasket and crown gasket are replaced with original parts to restore water resistance. Repairs follow the same rule: we source only original parts.
